We are organization doing business regarding Third Party Administration (TPA). We are looking for someone to play a pivotal role in driving account servicing and business development functions . You will be playing a lead role in our Account Management and Business Development (AMBD) team, managing a portfolio of existing Clients and driving business development initiatives including but not limited to the following responsibilities. Sales Incentive Program is available. Account Management Manage a team of Account Managers and establish strategies to provide utmost account servicing deliverables to existing portfolio. Support and manage a portfolio of Clients (Corporates, brokers and Insurers). Receive and respond to Client enquiries, escalations and complaints through calls and emails and work with internal stakeholders to resolve the enquiries asap. Preparation of analytical reports and arrange regular sync ups with clients to keep them engaged. Drafting of documentations including but not limited to Contracts, client handbook etc., where required. Maintain Client relationships and establish upselling strategies. New client/ insurer implementation and onboarding process Provide training and guidance to the team of Account Managers. Assist with Client audits and due diligence. Business Development Structure and present suitable sales decks of IHP capabilities to be showcased during sales presentations to existing or potential clients/partners. Develop sales opportunities through existing client and partners(insurer, brokers and consultants etc.). Build new channels of sales opportunities. Follow-up on sales meetings, preparation of quotes and documentations. Ensuring smooth and effective sales operations and implementations (Due diligence, audits etc.). Create detailed business analysis. Drive strategic plans and responsible for actionable projects. You understand the importance to exercise care when handling personal data and have an eye for detail. You are highly motivated, customer oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience with handling mass data on excel, working with sensitive information will be advantageous. Requirements 3 Years of relevant experience in corporate account management/sales within the healthcare/financial insurance services industry will be advantageous. Possess good listening, communication and presentation skills. Enjoy interaction and display ability to exercise clarity in problem solving and decision making. Dynamic, motivated and a good team player. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and lead a team.
