Position: Commercial Officer (3 months Contract, extendable)

Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Salary: RM 3000 + Statutory Contribution + Insured Medical Coverage
Working hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday 

Your responsibilities
You will support Operations team in the performance of commercial related matters not limited to the
followings:

  • Managing all aspects of the commercial process from initial contact to sales ‘close’ for selected projects determined either by revenue size, client type, project type, tasks included.
  • You enter orders after material list was handed by engineering.
  • You ensure sales are recorded and monitored in line with agreed processes.
  • You ensure invoice are recorded and billed accordingly and in a timely way.
  • You manage ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have good customer service and ensure all project inquiries being handled in timely manner and effective way.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Finance or supply chain or quantity surveying
    • min. 2 years’ hands-on experience on commercial/ invoicing
    • Proficiency in Excel and IT system
    • Able to work independently and as a team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment·
    • Hands-on mentality and engaged personality, confident attitude·
    • Ability to work in a MNC environment and working with external stakeholders·
    • Resilient, attention to details, strong problem solving & analytical skills and strong drive to succeed·
    • Good proficiency in English. Mandarin will be an advantage·
    • Able to commence within 1 month
