Our team is responsible for providing payroll support to our employees. Partner with the best

You will be responsible for Ownership, design, expert support, and service delivery for the broad range of HR Shared Services. This will include Reporting, Data Management, Lifecycle management, Global Mobility, etc.

As a Senior Payroll and Time & Absence Leader, you will be responsible for:

·Leading teams and drive outcomes in a matrix environment.

·Understanding of Middle East and Asia Pacific Payroll and Time & Absence deliverables functional and technical scope.

·Having awareness of key Payroll and T&A suppliers, technologies, and their position in the market.

·Reviewing the Risk Control Matrix and ensure the payroll delivery follows the requirements.

·Leading the Payroll Audit process and the focal point of contact for both internal & external auditors and related parties.

·Educating suppliers on key changes to company policies, processes, M&A plans and managing delivery through the change phase.

·Supporting the ongoing deployment and execution of Payroll projects with various functions within the company.

To be successful in this role you will:

·Have knowledge of Middle East and Asia Pacific Payroll and Time & Absence requirements for various category of employees.

·Have knowledge of SAP working, Workday, Benefits, and other systems and how systems integrate for delivery of In-House payrolls.

·Have knowledge of Controllership, Compliance and Business Continuity Plan requirements.

·Have experience in Internal & External Audit Management, and supplier management (where applicable).

·Have assertiveness and good influencing skills across business functions and external stakeholders.

·Have demonstrated project leadership and accountability.

·Be able to balance priorities to achieve results and work under pressure and to deliver against strict deadlines.
