Business Development Manager

Our client is a South East Asia-based SaaS Startup that is hiring for a Business Development Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to head their Operations.
The Role
- Building, developing, and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Identifying new business opportunities and the most effective approach to pursue them.
- Building and managing client pipelines, and closing deals.
- Achieving business development targets.
- Working closely and coordinating with the product and business team in thr client's firm.
- Analyzing customer feedback data to improve and expand our offerings and deepen relationships.
- Providing insights into product development and competitive positioning.
- Leading the Business Development team (for senior hire).
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a Business Development role within Professional Services and IT.
- You have a Strong ability to adapt, and can handle ambiguities within a startup environment.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder and comfortable working in multicultural environment
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- Youh have a growth mindset – willing to try something new and different to get things done.
- You demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks, a self-starter who thrives on autonomy when working towards a goal.
