**Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at AYP Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization by managing a team of Business Development professionals.

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets by identifying new market opportunities, target industries, and potential clients for outreach efforts.
- Lead and manage a team of BD professionals - providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they meet their SMART performance goals that you will set.
- Lead by example in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales materials and presentations for client meetings and pitches.
- Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives via Hubspot CRM.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any related fields
- Min 5 years of experience managing and leading a team of sales/BD professionals.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies, sales processes, and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, willing to travel and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.

**Working arrangement**:Hybrid with 2 days work from office/co-working spaces (Mon, Tues) and 3 days work from home (Wed, Thurs, Fri).
