**Manager, Human Resources Business Partner**

The HR Manager is responsible for the overall HR function and partners with the business to provide proactive, commercially focused and high-quality HR support including: recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training needs identification, HR operations, policy management and employee relations. This role reports to the Retail Director - Malaysia and functionally reports to HR Manager.

**Salary Packages**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 (Depending On Experience)

**Brief Job Descriptions**:

- Managing Payroll for entire levels, reporting presentation, analysis and also compensation and benefits packages administration review as when required from time to time
- Full cycle of recruitment and selection process for entire levels which includes screenings, interviewing, shortlisting and also offering of employment
- Coach managers on job description development, selection criteria and build capability in quality hiring or other related trainings that could improve the process of dealing with hiring mangers or other departments on HR related matters and process
- Training & development arrangement for all teams or order to creat career development. Also towards the onboarding process and orientation process to ensure that a clear direction of the Company is briefed accordingly
- Ensuring all Malaysian's law are comply at all times towards the company policies and procedure
- Create a good relationships with teams and employees over the group and attend to related inquiries such as welfare and etc to see whats best to enforce for the best of the Company future
- Coach and creating engagement with the teams for career development purpose

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 8 years substantial HR experience (retail experience highly preferred), with minimum 4 years manager level
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing diversity
- Strong consultative, coaching, communication, and influence skills
- Demonstrated expertise in HR service delivery
- Excellent influence, interpersonal communication, problem solving, follow up and creative
- Strong computer skills with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, )
- Must be planned and organized, sufficiently detail oriented
- Demonstrated project management skills, able to work independently and handle multiple priorities/projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese language preferable

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
