The Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for implementing HR initiatives that align with the overall business objectives and working closely with various departments to provide guidance and support on various HRrelated matters. Key Responsibilities HR Planning: Collaborate with the Head of HR to understand strategic HR priorities and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of those goals. Talent Acquisition: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs participate in the recruitment process and drive initiatives to attract topquality candidates. Training and Development: Identify training needs and suitable training programs and support managers in providing ongoing coaching and feedback to employees. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work culture enhance employee engagement and promote employee wellbeing. HR Policy Development: Support the development revision and communication of HR policies and procedures. Process Improvement HR Metrics and Reporting: Collaborate with HR teams in schools to streamline HR processes and workflows Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends areas for improvement efficiency enhancement and support datadriven decisionmaking. Reporting Line: Head of HR Malaysia Key Stakeholders The companys Regional Team School HR Teams and other relevant stakeholders across the regional school network Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum 68 years relevant experience. Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist Stakeholder Management skills and good interpersonal skills Proven experience in expatriate management Possesses strong English articulation skills
