This role will provide leadership on HR matters and work closely with the business partners by providing the management and guidance on people-related matters. The HRBP will direct and streamline the HR functions to enhance the people experience and drive their performance to achieve the organisation business strategy

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the organisation business strategy
- In charge of the recruitment and selection end-to-end process
- Manage the performance management systems and monitor that employees are meeting their goals and objectives
- In charge of employee relations and conflict resolution
- Develop and manager the compensation and benefits programs that can attract and retain talent
- Manage the training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure a proper employee record and HRIS systems
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as the relevant employment laws and regulations
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least a min of 5 - 7 years of experience in HR management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English, both oral and written
- Knowledge in Malaysian Labour Laws, Employment Act and other relevant legislations and HRM
- Tactful, mature, analytical, independent and resourceful
- Must be Malaysian

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
