We are looking for a highly experience Senior System Engineer with a strong background in Citrix to join our team in Cyberjaya.

As a Senior System Engineer, you will be providing end user support services to our important customers in Australia and around the region. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering top-notch services and managing our infrastructure.

You will be part of a team that supports a large fleet of Microsoft/Windows technology based issues and requests that are escalated to you by the customer and service desk team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide third level technical expertise and operational support for the infrastructure services related requests and issues predominantly with Citrix, Active Directory and Group Policy Management, Basic Networking, Microsoft Azure for Citrix Cloud
  • Be the final escalation point for such technical knowledge and expertise related enquiries and issues.
  • Ensures escalations are resolve on a timely basis according to the SLA
  • Lead workshops that identify trends and problems within customer environments
  • Develop new solutions that improve our customer environments
  • Develop permanent corrective fixes and deploy following appropriate change processes
  • Document solutions and knowledge in Logicalis knowledge management system
  • Mentors junior engineers to help develop their skills

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Managed IT Services environment with the following essential skills and knowledge:- · Citrix (ADC/NetScaler, XenApp and Xen Desktop, Provisioning services, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Share files, Workspace Environment and Citrix Cloud), Active Directory
  • Strong knowledge in Windows Server OS and VMWare vCenter Virtualization will be an advantage.
  • Strong English Communication Skills
  • Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills in enterprise level environments.
  • Strong vendor management skills and strong understanding of SLAs.
  • Exposure to ITIL processes attention to detail and hav a passion and desire to develop and share knowledge
