Job Description

Be responsible for KGD equipment day to day line sustaining , prober card maintenance ,PM and conversion. To maintain and improve machine OEE , MTBA, Yield & Uptime . Be responsible to drive Equipment improvement project, quality improvement and Productivity project. Knowledge in tester , prober , prober card maintenance will be added advantage Responsible to liaise with process engineering team for low yield triggering. Responsible to machine/tooling modification/upgrading to meet product quality and new requirement.

Qualifications

Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent. 3~4 years of equipment engineering experience in Wafer test equipment
