Job Description and Qualifications
Reporting to the Regional Manager ESPS India/SEA, the Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for the development and management of general ESPS service and all standard plant equipment sales within a designated geography. The incumbent will also provide first line supervision of SEA ESPS business team, setting regional strategy, developing and the first line management of team in Asia.

Ability to work to tight deadlines with minimum supervision. Excellent customer relation skills Excellent sales and negotiation skills Good working knowledge of contractual and financial business requirements. An ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels within the company and with customers, across different national boundaries, cultures and time zones. Ability to handle multiple demands, driven by project as well as off-line commitments.
