Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities, new channel, region, retail accounts, trends, products, ecommerce and services to capture new distribution opportunities at overseas / local market & market place.Develop and execute the effectiveness of business plan and sales strategy for overseas market & market place.Manage sales and contract negotiation with distributors to achieve sales target and distribution expansion.Actively create opportunities for business growth, manage long term business growth & good relationship in dealing with distributors nationwide /market place.Work closely with distributors / market place to develop and ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, promotion) and initiatives.To conduct the market survey, competitors’ analysis and stakeholders’ feedback to formulate effective sales & marketing strategy.Constant tracking and analysing of distributors’ sales performance & market trend and make tactical actions when needed.Conduct study on financial and inventory forecasting accuracy for distributors.Assist in regional / local countries assigned by superior and follow up all business related matter.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, International Business, Economics or relevant discipline.At least 5 years of working experience in handling export sales and marketing, exposure to FMCG industry will be essential.Result-driven, self-motivated and energeticGood understanding on export documentation.Able to travel extensivelyGood communication and writing skill in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
