JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do:

Sales:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and meet sales targets.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the sales process.Present and promote our products, services, and intellectual properties (IPs) to potential clients.Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the successful execution of contracts and agreements.Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Relationship Management:

Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, IP partners, clients, and team members.Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Understand the needs and requirements of clients and provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.

Creative Direction:

Bring creativity and direction to the sales process by providing new ideas and initiatives for leveraging existing content or IPs.Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative sales strategies and campaigns.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for creative marketing approaches.

Project Management:

Manage end-to-end campaigns, including advertising, events, partnerships, and licensing and merchandising activities.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and IP partners to ensure successful execution of projects.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Strategy in Presentation:

Develop strategic and persuasive presentation slides for internal stakeholders, clients, and management.Effectively communicate key messages and value propositions to different audiences.Tailor presentations to address specific needs and objectives of stakeholders.

IP Management:

Maintain and grow the intellectual properties (IPs) by managing SKUs and increasing brand popularity.Analyze market trends and consumer insights to develop strategies for maximizing the value and reach of IPs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for IP expansion and development.

REQUIREMENTS:

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the media, entertainment, or licensing industry.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Proficient in creating strategic and compelling presentations.Knowledge of intellectual property management and licensing processes.Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
