The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Assist in handling full set of accounts (account payable, account receivable, bank reconciliation, depreciation provision, P&L, balance sheet, cash bill and etc.)
  • Liaise with external auditor, tax consultant and appointed financial consultant.
  • Able to liaise with suppliers in invoice discrepancies. 
  • Constantly identify and propose improvement area as needed.
  • To support various functional activities at group level.
  • Perform other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Director from time to time. 

Ideal Profile

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent job experience.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is more preferred.
  • Required skill(s): Well-versed in MS office (Word & Excel) and relevant accounting software.
  • Independent, adaptable, and able to multi-task to meet deadlines.
