  • Performs a variety of routine service activities either in the workshop or outstation at customer site.
  • Responsible for providing troubleshooting, repairing, planning of technical / mechanical equipment failures either in workshop or customer site.
  • Assess and responds to situations using standard procedures in isolation and fixing problem equipment.
  • Completion of all required reporting of service work performed, and other reports as set forth by the Service Manager.
  • Answer the customer enquiry, handling customer's request or complaint, and feed-back customer on timely manner.
  • Provide demo, commissioning of machine to customers on site.

Requirement:

  • 3-5 years relevant technician experiences
  • SKM level/Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering
  • Good oral and written communication skills in local language and understand/speak English.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Willing to travel outstation.
