Job Purpose:  

This solution-focused professional will be responsible for new /old opportunities within existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive monthly/quarterly sales and margin targets
  • Build excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement and demonstratble specialist product knowledge
  • Promote purchase transaction thru Tec D Marketplace
  • Develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer base
  • Plan outbound calls to customers to generate new business oppotunities
  • Perform active inbound selling
  • Build accurate and timely quotation to customer
  • Generate and own a pipeline of deals
  • Manage backorder expectation and reporting for customers
  • Maintain and provide accurate information to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing special offers and promotions
  • Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLAs) with customers are satisfactory
  • Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as daily talk time, outbound calls, renewal rates and switch rates

  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Min Diploma with minimum 1 year of inside sales or relevant experience in IT industry
  • Customer-oriented with positive attitude
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge
  • Team player and independent worker
  • IT Savvy
