The Job

  • Building, developing, and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and the most effective approach to pursue them.
  • Building and managing client pipelines, and closing deals.
  • Achieving business development targets.
  • Working closely and coordinating with the product and business team in thr client's firm.
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to improve and expand our offerings and deepen relationships.
  • Providing insights into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Leading the Business Development team (for senior hire).

The Profile

  • You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a Business Development role within Professional Services and IT.
  • You have a Strong ability to adapt, and can handle ambiguities within a startup environment.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder and comfortable working in multicultural environment
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • Youh have a growth mindset – willing to try something new and different to get things done.
  • You demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks, a self-starter who thrives on autonomy when working towards a goal.
