- 準備食品訂單並追蹤庫存和交貨情況。
- 研究設備和廚房服裝,並為實作課程採購原料。
- 盡可能購買物資或協調送貨。
- 整理發票以供授權、影印並提交付款。
- 評估庫存水準、供應品和設備(包括清潔產品)。
