POSITION:
LEGAL AND ADMIN EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ability to provide advice about all legal matters related to the company and its subsidiaries.
- Conduct thorough followup on legal matters and able to solve problems.
- Possess good knowledge of legal matters specifically about the company's dealings with the Government, Statutory Bodies, Local Authorities, or any other entities related to the company.
- Perform all legal and administrative tasks including organizational administrative support for the department.
- Prepare template contracts and other legal papers of a routine nature and carry out related administrative requirements.
- Organize, file, and track key legal processes and responsibilities and maintain files and manuals for efficient access and retrieval of information.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 or more years of working experience in a legal firm or as inhouse legal counsel.
- Experienced in corporate and conveyancing matters.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
