Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Offer personalized guidance and advice to clients on trading platforms, market analysis, and risk management strategies.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and networking skills.
  • Actively promote company products and services to meet sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.

Market Analysis and Research:

  • Stay updated on market trends, economic news, and geopolitical events impacting forex markets.
  • Analyze market data and provide insights to clients, assisting them in making informed trading decisions.
  • Assist clients in developing personalized trading strategies aligned with their investment goals and risk tolerance.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies at all times.
  • Monitor client accounts for any suspicious activity or irregular trading patterns, taking appropriate action as needed.
  • Educate clients on risk management techniques and help them understand the potential risks associated with forex trading.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with colleagues across departments, including operations, compliance, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and insights with team members to enhance overall performance and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in forex trading or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and technical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Malay; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in forex trading or financial planning.
  • Prior experience in customer support or clientfacing roles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the forex industry, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
