  • Analyse historical data and market trends to forecast future production needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to gather relevant information for production planning.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.
  • Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate material deliveries.
  • Create and maintain production schedules to ensure efficient utilization of resources and on time delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information throughout the production process.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and address issues that may impact production timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure a seamless production process.
  • Provide regular weekly updates on production status, potential issues, and solutions to the senior management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve overall production efficiency.
Job Requirements;

  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Previous experience in a production planning or manufacturing.
  • Experience in production planning concepts and terminology.
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
