  • Regular monitoring of store sales and ensuring goals and expectations are achieved
  • Lead, motivate, and empower staff to maximize customer satisfaction, and business results and ensure continuous business growth
  • Responsible to ensure store visual layout and projection are in compliance with SOP, well organized and properly merchandised
  • Analysis of the market to identify expansion opportunities within the area

Role Requirements:

  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in retail operations management
  • Great leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Selfmotivated, with a positive attitude, and able to interact with all level of people and motivate others
  • A team player with good problemsolving skills and possess high degree of integrity
  • Possess own transport
