Lead and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture to set clear team goals and contribute to the growth of the sales support.


  • Monitor team performance, report on metrics, and propose improvements.
  • To provide oversight to the department work processes whilst coaching, training, and mentoring where applicable.
  • To actively communicate and work with crossfunctional teams on smooth completion of sales support requirements.
  • Responsible to guide and coach salesperson on the documentations, order process, compliance to retail SOP, and any other tasks assigned.
  • Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up when necessary.
  • Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information when require.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's platform to help potential customers understand company products and services.
  • Keep up with the latest product updates and features.
  • Participating actively in company sales activities and marketing events.
  • To undertake any adhoc assignments as and when require

Key Requirements

  • Min. Diploma or Certificate.
  • Preferably someone is handon, willing to communicate with internal and external customers.
    Experienced in sales support, coordinator, customer service, customer support role is added advantage.

  • Able to pick up concepts and technical information, fast.
  • Able to read and engage with people well.
  • Be comfortable engaging customers over chat and phone.
  • Extremely perseverant and not take rejections personally

Pay:
RM6, RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
