Shopee and Lazada Operation Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register for promotional campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Manage product listings, ensuring all products are accurately described and visually appealing.
  • Regularly update product information, including pricing, stock levels, and promotional offers.
  • Monitor and maintain high store ratings on Shopee and Lazada.
  • Address customer reviews and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the online stores, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact customer experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Job Requirements:

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about life and the fragrance industry.
  • Proven experience in managing eCommerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or similar.
  • Experience in product management, campaign management, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin. (Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred)
  • Prior experience with TSP, MCN, or TAP institutions is advantageous.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in ecommerce operations or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing online stores on platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce management tools and platforms.
  • Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
  • Customeroriented approach with a focus on delivering excellent service.

Working Conditions:

  • Fulltime position.
  • Officebased, Located at Q Sentral.

Pay:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
