Our goal is to Set to become the new benchmark in hospitality, the Villea Port Dickson is nestled at the foot of Historical Cape Rachado Lighthouse overlooking the majestic Straits of Malacca.

Generous on space and big hearted about making everyone feel welcome, offering 100 units of apartments & hotel rooms, all day dining restaurant, banquet hall, meeting rooms with other facilities.


Our requirements for this job include:


  • Minimum of Certificate, Diploma, or above in respective Hospitality Management or any related field

Proficient in MS Office Applications
:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity

Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Malay & English languages
:

No criminal record

Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
:

Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
:

Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices and monitoring portion and waste control
:

Knowledge and ability to run a section. Able to work without close supervision.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM3,700.00 per month
