Job Title:
- Clerk
Reports To:
- Executive, Operations
Role Purpose:
- The positions manage both stores located in FMB & SSZ by rotation. All related towards store activity such as receiving / delivering items towards respective customer.
Key Accountability:
- To ensure that both store (FMB & SSZ) are fully functional based on the operation hours. Neither late opening nor early closing.
- To minimize any complaint from cabin crew/tech crew/ staff services/ station head & Terminal regarding any issues related to MLSB Operation.
- To issue any stock related to warehouse in good condition, right quantities before delivered towards end users.
- To ensure all stock received from supplier are in good condition, right quantities before approving the D/O.
- Pre check quantity with D/O, P/O or invoices.
- To record stock, take and must be tally with current system s4hana/bpm any variance stock must be verified based on usage.
- To manage waste from both stores accordingly. All clerks are responsible for managing disposal in terms of items with company logo must be removed before proceeding for disposal and all items must be recorded for audit purposes.
- To liaise with respective MAG PIC regarding any request.
- To assist any workload from superior regarding any additional work request.
- To cover any shortage of manpower on both store.
- To update requisition for stationery and office supplies.
Qualifications & Working Experience:
- Minimum STPM/SPM with 2 years related experience (STPM) or 5 years related experience (SPM).
Personality Traits:
- Result oriented, willing to work with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and able to work extra hours.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Have a pleasant personality and positive attitude.
