- To prepare foreign worker documentation such as offer letter, contract extension, deduction, exit documentation, salary increment letters, memos for any announcement from Management, and other Foreign Worker-related letters.
- To update and maintain database, documentation and ensure proper filing on all foreign worker-related files.
- Handling all employee inquiries, grievances and dispute settlements according to labor law and government compliance
- Liaise with government authorities (Labour Department, Immigration, MOHR, MOHA, NOF, FWCMS, MYEG)
