Job Description and Qualifications


The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all activities related to PGG Transfill are executed in a safe manner according to AP guidelines, procedures and best practices so that in general this builds up the AP safety culture.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • To perform cylinder & dewar filling activities.
  • To ensure analysis are carried out based on the product requirement.
  • To load and unload cylinders & packs to/ from trucks
  • Prepares delivery schedules for distribution and walkin customers.
  • Responsible for SAP transactions related to good receive, good issue, cycle counting or other inventoryrelated activities.
  • Take proper care of plant inventories e.g. cylinders, tools, fittings, hoses & etc.
  • To carry out plant maintenance for plant equipment
  • To ensure Quality, Safety and Environmental procedures are followed during refilling activities.
  • To ensure safety requirements are followed in the plant, including for customers and visitors.
  • To assist internal & external audit and to comply to all the operating procedures.
  • To assist in customer's complaints investigation
  • To escalate any operation issues to superior.
  • To perform other duties as directed by superiors.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum with SPM qualification
  • Preferably 1 year experience in plant operations
  • Basic knowledge in MS Windows Office
  • Possess good oral and written communication skill.
