  • Job description:
  • To assist and feedback to Property Manager on preparation of House Rules
  • Ensure prompt and efficient collection of service and other charges in agreement with the company's procedures, rules, Strata Management Act 2013 & other relevant protocols.
  • Attend to inquiries/complaints from owners/residents and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Perform inspections on the condition of the building and provide suggestions as needed for improvement.
  • To assist Property Manager to manage security and housekeeping operation, parcel owner renovation, and property maintenance and repair of the properties.
  • Responsible for the office administration of the assigned properties, including but not limited to the maintenance and upkeep of office records, organizing of meetings and preparation of minutes and preparation of reports.
  • To assist Property Manager to manage the financial operation
  • To perform other duties as and when instructed by the management.
