* Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth within the local and regional markets.

* Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for the property while maximizing revenue potential.

* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.

**Requirements**
