Job Objectives:


The position is responsible for the execution, feedback, documentation and assist all relevant sheet metal operations, in compliance to ISO 9001:2015 at the Actiforce manufacturing premises located in Penang.

**Roles and Responsibilities:
- **The scope of the position is listed, but not limited to the following items:
  • Assist and execute new welding operations
  • Support production capacity of welding line, including feedback areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Assist in technical reports preparation as result of research and development, together with preventive maintenance investigations
  • Drive continues improvement together with the team
  • Follow new welding technologies related to new product requirements
  • Perform welding processes, identifying and standardizing all the involved process parameters.
  • Execute and feedback welding work instructions
  • Lead and guide new team members in welding operators

Must be experienced in the following areas:

  • TIG and MIG Manual Welding (Sheet Metal), including related processes. (E.g. Drilling, Tapping, Buffing, etc.)
  • Welding jigs and fixtures understanding
  • Assist setup welding machines
  • Execute process controls per procedure
  • Provide feedback on welding jigs and fixtures development.
  • Meet design welding requirements within specification
  • Guide new team members in welding operators
  • Assist root cause analysis of customer complaints
  • Take ownership and fillup the needed paperwork once job completed.
**Requirements:
- *
  • Diploma / Industrial certificate and a minimum of 3 years of welding experience.
  • Strong knowledge of welding and assembly welding processes. (Knowledge in Plasma, Robotic and Laser welding is added advantage)
  • A good verbal skill in Bahasa Malaysia with the ability to communicate with external and internal teams is essential.
  • High focus on company's goals and objectives
  • Strong people's skills to be able to work as a team member and contribute towards the growth of a healthy work environment at Actiforce
  • Ability to present creative solutions and work independently
  • Deliver high quality work under tight schedules and deadlines

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
