Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to update clients' account transactions eg. payments, receipts, payables, receivables, accrual, adjustment and preparation of bank-reconciliation
  • Assist to prepare full set of accounts, weekly, month-end, financial year end closing and aging or listings on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Note to Accounts and all related accounts schedule
  • Assist to maintain proper filing of accounting records
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignment and related duties as and when it is required or assigned by Account Seniors or

Managers Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing Finance or Accounting related courses
  • Possess good working attitude and have commitment towards work
  • Proactive and hardworking
  • Able to work independently when required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
  • Good team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • 5 days work per week (Monday to Friday)
