Responsibilities:

  • Bakery Creations: Bring your baking expertise to the forefront by crafting a variety of artisanal pastries, bread, and desserts, incorporating nuts and dried fruits into unique and delicious recipes.
  • Menu Collaboration: Work closely with our culinary team to develop and refine a menu that reflects our commitment to light, healthy, and environmentally conscious offerings.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all baked goods meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and nutritional value, using fresh and sustainable ingredients.
  • Production Management: Oversee the daily production schedule, coordinating with other kitchen staff to maintain optimal workflow and minimize waste.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on baking trends and incorporate innovative techniques and ingredients to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
  • Kitchen Hygiene and Safety: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, adhering to health regulations and food safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef.
  • Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet production schedules.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,600.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
