Assistant Project Manager

Project Management:
Assisting in leading and overseeing projects from concept through completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, main contractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
Client Engagement:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
Conduct client meetings to understand their goals, preferences, and feedback.
Resource Management:
Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and budgets.
Quality Control:
Ensure the quality and accuracy of design plans and specifications.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues.
Documentation:
Maintain project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a portfolio of successfully completed projects.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality design solutions.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
