About the Role:

We're looking for a Merchandiser Intern to join our team at Kasagi Labo. This person will assist our Global Category Manager to help manage our anime merchandise products. If you're looking to start your career in merchandising or the anime industry, this could be a great fit

What You Can Expect To Work On:

  • Assisting the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies
  • Assisting the tracking inventory movement, identifying trends, monitoring supply and demand, and making necessary arrangements for inventory optimization
  • Assisting in analysis opportunities for IPs we are about to work with and
  • Any other related tasks, as agreed by both parties

Requirements:

  • Anime Lovers: You have a passion for the anime industry is a plus
  • Knowledge: Have knowledge of category management, retail production, marketing and sales principles
  • Analytical: Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Selfstarter: You are motivated to work on your own initiatives without needing to be told
  • Cando attitude: You are eager and willing to accept and work on challenges
  • Communication: Excellent communication and people skills
  • Language: Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
  • Tools: Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite
