  • Always check the Partner calendar or obtain information in advance to drive him to and from his destinations
  • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most timely trip
  • Safely transport the Partner or his other executives to and from specified locations in a timely manner
  • Assist with loading and unloading of luggage
  • Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up to date on road conditions
  • Adjust routes as necessary to avoid delays and to advise on the need of travel time adjustments
  • Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
  • Book car wash detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
  • To ensure vehicles are always in good condition in order to provide safe, smooth, and efficient transportation to the Partner and other company personnel as directed, and in accordance with accepted practices, Company regulations and safety regulations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during transport assignments - Ensure the right business cards of Partner are always in the vehicle - Maintain an on call status to respond to any and all other duties to assist the Partner and any of his executives Office Logistics & Maintenance - Assist in loading, unloading and delivery of approved items and as and when necessary - Ensure all firm vehicles are always in good condition in order to provide safe, smooth, and efficient transportation - Ensure the Firm vehicles are clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance - Ensure that any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage are reported to the management - Ensure any summons against the Firm vehicles are promptly reported - Ensure that the Firm vehicles are always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid damage, loss in theft or being towed by relevant authorities - Carrying out maintenance checks for all Firm vehicles - Responsible to ensure lubrication, tire and other services are done as per scheduled - Ensure accurate time records of the Firm vehicle's movements are provided - Assist in the Firm motor vehicles purchasing process - Provide consultancy in matters related to motor vehicles - Assist in basic maintenance work in the office facilities and equipment as and when required - Provide consultancy in matters related to maintenance of office premises
