  • Monitor performance on the operation related matters to be attended within the TAT.
  • Review and revise all the Standard Operational Procedures (JSOPs) regularly to ensure that they are updated according to the updated processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the group digital platform (frontend portals and GPAS) development/enhancements.
  • Manage the endtoend onboarding and servicing journey until customer outcome is delivered.
  • Have customer's best interest in mind when evaluating and processing customer's request to ensure seamless experience.
  • Devise internal processes and manage execution which effectively balances protection of both Customer and PruBSN's interest.
  • Adhere to guidelines and standards set.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams/stakeholders to fulfil customer needs and resolve customer complaints / incidents.
  • Collaborate and drive improvement actions to increase customer satisfaction and internal productivity across the onboarding journey, especially in enabling a more digital centric solution for customers.
  • Underwrite new business and renewal business within the company specified approval limits.
  • Establish companyspecific underwriting policy and guidelines. This includes defining and implementing standards for accuracy, productivity and timeliness as well as developing strategies to meet those standards.
  • Review and revise underwriting guidelines regularly to ensure that they are aligned with changes in the market and social environments while conforming to the company's underwriting philosophy.
  • Accountable for portfolio management to ensure profitability objectives are consistently met.
