Process referrals with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Support with the screening and initial assessment process of new referrals
into therapy services in line with individual procedures.

  • Respond in a timely manner to client and professional enquiries

  • Liaise with therapists / GP surgeries/ health care professionals and deal
with Primary and Secondary Care Services for onward referrals.

  • Ensure client record systems are kept up to date.
  • Ensure any necessary diary changes for the therapists are completed
and that any changes to appointments are communicated with

  • Support with providing a quality service by completing Patient
Experience Questionnaires with clients ending therapy.

  • Support service managers with the preparation of monthly reports
and statistics relating to service activity.

  • Organize and take minutes at team meetings and communicate
key information to staff.

  • Support with the onboarding and orientation of any new staff,
volunteers, and trainees in the service.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:
