About the opportunity


The Reward Analyst - APAC will become an integral part of our global Reward team in the Group People Function, providing analytical support to our Group-wide development and implementation of the Reward policies and processes for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.


In this role, you will be working through a range of Reward projects to help ensure the successful development of a competitive compensation and benefits policy across the APAC region.

This will include salary benchmarking to support People Function colleagues in talent attraction and retention, as well as monitoring and undertaking research and analysis to support the Reward Business Partner - APAC in presenting the latest Reward trends and processes regionally to the People Partners and business stakeholders to enable strategic success of our business.


In addition, the role will be involved in the Annual Reward Cycle where you will collate, analyse and validate all data relevant to annual bonus and long-term incentives and ensure that all related payments to employees are calculated and processed accurately within the agreed timescale.

You will also ensure the Reward policies and processes are applied consistently and fairly across the region.

To excel in this role, you have:

  • Good understanding of procedures and concepts within Reward, gained through applicable work experience, and basic knowledge of these elements within broader HR
  • Experience in mapped data sources and compiled common data sets from multiple sources
  • Excellent Excel skills, ability to write macros would be a distinct advantage
  • Superb prioritisation and organisation skills with attention to detail
  • The confidence in preparing information and reports within tight timeframes
  • A clientcentric mentality in providing responsive and accurate information to stakeholders
  • Excellent English language skills, knowledge of other APAC languages will be advantageous
