RESPONSIBILITY
- Ensure all carpark control systems namely Exit Reader, Autopay Station (APS), Manual Pay Stations and CCTVs are in good working conditions.
- To assist customers in a polite and friendly manners.
- Responsible to open the shift at the Manual Pay Station as instructed by Carpark Supervisor to assist customers that have lost their tickets, unreadable ticket and refund of claim cheque.
- To assist the team on traffic management e.g. divert, distribute vehicles to other exits etc with the assistance of the security personnel during congestion.
- To perform frequent patrolling in the carpark area to ensure it is safe for customers to park their vehicles and the operations run smoothly.
- To take additional assignments assigned by the management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
- At least SPM holder
- Good working attitude and self disciplined.
- Able to work shift, on weekends and public holiday.
