Carpark Attendant

**RESPONSIBILITY**

1. Ensure all carpark control systems namely Exit Reader, Autopay Station (APS), Manual Pay Stations and CCTVs are in good working conditions.

2. To assist customers in a polite and friendly manners.

3. Responsible to open the shift at the Manual Pay Station as instructed by Carpark Supervisor to assist customers that have lost their tickets, unreadable ticket and refund of claim cheque.

4. To assist the team on traffic management e.g. divert, distribute vehicles to other exits etc with the assistance of the security personnel during congestion.

5. To perform frequent patrolling in the carpark area to ensure it is safe for customers to park their vehicles and the operations run smoothly.

6. To take additional assignments assigned by the management from time to time.

**REQUIREMENT**
- At least SPM holder
- Good working attitude and self disciplined.
- Able to work shift, on weekends and public holiday.
