Job Title:
Admin Assistant (Entry Level / Junior Executive)


Role Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- responsible for office inventory and procurement of office supplies.

  • Assist in daytoday operations.
  • Provides administrative support to senior executive/superior.
  • To perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate Superior or the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Good analytical skills and logical thinking.
  • Responsible, Attention to detail and quick learner.
  • Fluent in
    Mandarin and
    English (spoken & written). Must be able to converse in Mandarin due to the nature of business.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literate and Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook).
  • No experience required.
    Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
