Company Information
Well known construction engineering firm is seeking an enthusiastic admin assistant to join their team. You will be reporting to the Managing Director, assisting on the day-to-day admin and operations portfolio. They offer attractive salary packages and benefits.

Office Administration:_

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and ordering as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records (quotation, invoice, etc.)
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain office calendars
  • Assist in sales and marketing activities

Personal Assistance:_

  • Provide personal support to Managing Director in all matters including secretarial duties, personal, administrative, confidential matters
  • Dealing with general correspondence with external parties
  • Assist on personal errands assigned or any other assignments as an when required
  • Assist with scheduling personal appointments and managing calendars.
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
  • Handle personal errands and tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all personal matters.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports

Document Preparation:_

  • Create and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed
  • Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity
  • Manage digital and physical filing systems for documents

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, personal assistant, or in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
Up to RM3,000.00 per month
