Job Description:

  • Monitor and ensure the daily operation of CCTV systems.
  • Compile and submit weekly CCTV checklist reports basis.
  • Review daily CCTV recordings against exceptional reports, including void transactions, return transactions, and canceled receipt transactions.
  • Monitor daily suspicious membership transactions.
  • Prepare evidence attachments for cases, including CCTV footage and summary reports of total loss value.
  • Support the implementation of security awareness programs among staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of securityrelated activities and incidents.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor and managers

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma/Degree in any related field
  • At least 1 year or above working experience in an administrative role, preferably in a retail setting.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
