1. On-board, manage, and grow existing partnerships 2. Strategize and implement programs/events/campaigns to create interest and awareness among Partners' customers 3. Design and promote effective SPIFs and other incentive programs to generate interest and growth 4. Work closely with the company's direct Sales team to promote scale and maximum territory coverage. 5. Develop a technical enablement strategy that supports the channel sales strategy globally 6. Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of industry, global markets, existing and target channel partner accounts, & competitive landscape 7. Possess an in-depth knowledge of each strategic partner's business and what drives their success. 8.

Manage large strategic partner relationships at the executive, director and execution level; take action and hold accountable to meet sales objectives, quality and key operational targets.

9. Foster strong relationships with key national partners to create and maintain strategic relationships that drive profitability 10. Develop and manage a strategic initiative plan for each assigned partner 11. Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support 12. Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts 13. Build & leverage industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging potential, & competitors. 14.

Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to the channel rules of engagement 15.

Effectively communicate with assigned partners on new products and services offerings 16.

Work closely with partners to ensure they are informed and provide assistance for any program related updates or revisions 17.

Assist partners, when necessary, in obtaining timely proposal information and pricing requests 18. Provide daily reporting of new partner acquisition and sales pipeline and forecast utilizing Sales Force
