Job description

  • Do collection and issue official receipt.
  • Recording complaints and ensuring proper follow up.
  • Billing, defaulter list updates, reminder letter and notices.
  • Prepare and proper filing of documents.
  • Issuance of letter, complaints to local authorities.
  • Attend to all administration.
  • Petty cash.
  • Attend phone calls.
  • Arrange appointment for Building Executive.
  • Maintain proper recording of stock and inventory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • Knowledge and handling of accounting system e.g. CSS/UBS would be an added advantage.
  • Qualifications: SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in relevant field.
  • Applicant must willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Must possess own transport

Pay:
From RM1,800.00 per month
