Job Description:

  • Be ready to take over as main administrator after 2 months of training as admin assistant.
  • Prepare Quotation, Follow up with customer, Prepare Invoice and Delivery Order.
  • Answer calls from customers and explain to customers about our products
  • Arrange operation team on their daily and weekly tasks
  • Make small amount of purchases by communicating with suppliers and making Purchase Orders.

Preferred fluency of language:
Malay, English and Mandarin

Location of work :
Port Klang

Education preferred:
Degree in Business
