Job Overview:


As a Dental Clinic Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic.

You will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing administrative tasks, and fostering a welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to contribute to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal scheduling for both dentists and patients.

Patient Communication:
Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear instructions, answering inquiries, andaddressing concerns to enhance the overall patient experience.

Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, processing insurance claims, and managing billing procedures.

4.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with dental professionals and support staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient clinic operation.

5.

Patient Reception:
Greet and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the clinic.

6.

Marketing Assistance:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the clinic's services, events, and special offers. This may include managing social media.

Job Requirements:

Experience:Previous experience in customer service, dental clinics or healthcare setting is preferred.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with dental software and basic computer skills.
