Perform Customer Service functions such as arranging patient's appointment, guests reception, case planning, billing, payment collections, attending to treatment and service enquiries through all channels of communication.


  • Coordinate patient's appointment schedule with doctors and clinical staff.
  • Record and compile patient's data and case statistics.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all time.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Gather customer's comments, reviews and suggestions from various channels (ie: Google review, suggestion box, etc.)
  • Participate in the planning, preparation and execution of promotions and public relations exercise.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
