About Role
The Production Executive will be the heart of the action for the Media Production in the Creative department.

The role will require working together with all members in the Creative department to make sure every pixel is polished to perfection.

This role shall have Operations, Shooting and Streaming, and Publishing as the expected deliverables.

Hence, the incumbent should have flexibility in working early and late according to the event schedule which includes weekends and evenings.

Academic Qualification:

Graduate of any Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT/ Creative Multimedia / Advertising / Media or equivalent.


Operations

  • Create fabulous videos and various other media content.
  • Together with the departmental head and relevant members in the team, who monitor production quality, you shall be responsible for managing the input and output of the team.
  • Liaise between teams to make sure resources and deadlines are met.
  • Briefing team members on delivery objectives and keeping everyone informed on the
- progress of the projects.

  • Relay feedback from Project and Partnerships to the team and look after the quality of their output.
  • Detail and outline the projects, addressing and removing all complexities for the Media Production team and other teams involved in the project.
  • Ensure that deadlines are met with lethal precision and flag the ones that aren't attainable upfront.
  • Schedule, track and prioritize assignments and make sure the right resources are available.
  • Assist to quote, scope and plan new projects together with the department head.
  • Negotiate timelines with all the stakeholders and parties, so that the timelines are met and satisfy the needs of clients and also give sufficient time to the company's Media Production to produce the best possible work, keeping the quality and integrity of work expected from the company.

Shoot, Streaming, and Live Streaming

Online/Physical Event Management by:

  • Hosting live webinars from Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, MS Teams to the app platform for incountry.
  • Designing, controlling, and managing the technical and product processes for technological services provided by Docquity to its clients.
  • Streaming (live or recorded) process improvement, based on client and internal feedback.
  • Working closely with crossfunctional teams (Product, Sales and Marketing, Content, and Technical support) to meet client/event requirements.
  • Conduct shoot related activities, connecting with vendors and 3rd party suppliers to ensure the smooth process of shoot activities, from getting a production house to rental of equipment for the company's own team.
  • Act as the key liaison and connect with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure documentation and necessary paperwork and approvals from clients or authorities are completed and available.
  • Define and set requirements beforehand for every shoot and live streaming activity.
  • Work with the Departmental Head to define what the requirements are and obtain it at the set date from all relevant stakeholders and parties involved.
  • Attend shoots if required, and work with the departmental head to assign other members of the team should the need arise.
  • Design and communicate the requirements to all parties involved via a call sheet, a document that's required prior to every shoot.
  • Ensure that every essential element is captured right during shoot, this includes both visual and audio.
  • Manage and handle all Streaming and Live Streaming related activities.
  • Ensure the visual and audio quality suffice to meet the editing requirements.
  • Define and scope out requirements for live streaming and streaming assets for the Art & Design team to produce, and Media Production team to assemble. Connect with relevant members within the regional support system for assistance, if required.

Publishing

  • Manage the publishing calendar and ensure that all timelines in the process sync up to ensure there are no delays related to the agreed publishing dates.
